YouTube Red is a subscription service that lets you enjoy videos across all of YouTube without ads, while also letting you save videos to watch offline on your phone or tablet and play videos in the background.
We’re delighted to inform you that through our committed partnership with Google and YouTube, Believe Digital’s entertainment and music content will be available on the service.
YouTube Red is set to launch on 28th October, costing $9.99 a month with a one-month free-trial. It is currently only available in the US, but will be made available in further countries in due course. The subscription service also provides access to Google Play Music, and it replaces YouTube Music Key that has been in a public beta testing.
A standalone YouTube Music app will also launch soon, gathering official and fan-uploaded music videos into one place. YouTube Red subscribers will be able to sign in to the app and benefit from ad-free videos and offline listening. YouTube Music will run alongside YouTube Kids and YouTube Gaming as separate apps for the most popular video categories on the service.
As always, Believe Digital strive to deliver content to a plethora of leading streaming and download services, and are extremely pleased to be able to continue our YouTube partnership with the new YouTube Red service.
